The cumulative consumption of stabilization cards exceeded $10.9 billion

According to the payment provider, Redotpay, citing Paymentscan data, the cumulative consumption of stabilization coin cards has exceeded $10.9 billion. Card consumption in July 2026 exceeded $1 billion, making it the largest single month of tracking data, with the industry processing approximately $60,000 per month three years ago. The stabilization card allows customers to use assets such as USDC or USDT to finance payment vouchers, and the provider converts the stabilization currency into the local currency of the business, enabling the transaction to use the existing infrastructure of Visa or Mastercard. According to Paymentscan, consumption in July was about $1.04 billion, a three-fold increase from $339.4 million a year ago. The A16z chain data close to $759 million in July transactions and recorded nearly 9 million purchases. Redotpay predicts that the industry will handle the next $10 billion in eight months and that the annual consumption of the stabilization card is expected to reach $50 billion by 2028。
