On 30 August, OCEAN announced that, by consensus, Luke Dashjr had left OCEAN and resigned as Chairman, Chief Technical Officer and Director, and that the company had repurchased its full shareholding. This split stems from a disagreement over the future of the Bitcoin mine. As co-founder of the mine, Luke Dashjr will be involved in the new project CONVOY.
