ICE, the New Haven parent company, will invest in tZero, which will be authorized to deepen its co-operation on tokenized securities by patenting the block chain
On 31 August, TZERO Group, Inc. and Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (New York Stock Exchange Platform Code: ICE) announced a series of agreements to support the development of a monetized securities market. The parties have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU). Under the agreement, tZERO will be the main design partner involved in the development of the infrastructure of digital transfer agents and brokers, with the aim of supporting the chaining of transactions of monetized securities on the forthcoming ICE-linked monetized securities platform. In addition, ICE has agreed to participate in the latest round of tZero financing. As part of this financing, ICE will be licensed by the tZERO block block patent portfolio for digital trading platforms and other potential applications。
