Tom Lee: If the CLARITY Act is passed, the BTC and ETH will have huge Q4s

Tom Lee of Fundstrat said that, if the CLARITY bill was passed this year, Bitcoin and the Ethera were expected to have an important fourth quarter. He noted that this was one of the four catalysts driving the growth of encrypted currencies at the end of the year.
