DeFi Development Pricing US$8.8 million CAD issues

DeFi Development Corp. announced its permanent priority share issuance price for series C of variable interest rates at $9 per share, which is expected to yield a total gain of $8.8 million. The company plans to sell 2.2 million shares of priority securities known as CAD stocks. The initial annual dividend rate for this issue was 13 per cent and, if it remained unchanged, it would be $1.30 per share. DeFi Development also plans to market the priority share in NASDAQ, and the transaction is expected to start after the initial release。
