BIT Official: RSI top deviation from Pup 500, return risk rises

On 1 September, BIT Official published a daily graph and graph analysis stating that the bid 500 had risen after the second quarter of the financial season, but that the RSI had failed to synchronize, but instead had weakened and became a departure. Historically, similar signals had appeared before the market rebound of about 10 per cent. Technically, the fall of the RSI 50 usually means a further weakening of market dynamics; when approaching 30, it means that the market is moving towards over-sale areas, sometimes with a subsequent rebound in history. Current technology signals are more oriented towards suggesting short-term retrenchment risks, but the market may also create space for subsequent repairs after a modest retip and digestion of previous increases. Just about two months before the mid-term elections in the United States, the expectations of a further tightening of the Fed's policy were rising, and the United States stock might enter a period of greater uncertainty. A modest reversal would instead help the market to absorb the previous increase and lay a healthier foundation for a potential rebound after the mid-term elections.
