Morgan Stanley up the Robinhood rating to "exalted" and the target price went up to $150
Morgan Stanley moved the Robinhood rating upwards from “balanced configuration” to “excessive match” and raised the target price from $124 to $150, up from 43 per cent on Monday. Morgan Stanley argued that the market had underestimated the single-client liquidity potential of Robinhood for some 28 million current users, and that the continued expansion of products such as forecast markets, derivatives and so forth was expected to increase the size of the user ' s assets, trade activity and single-client income. It was noted that less than 2 million projected market users contributed about $156 million in revenue in the second quarter and further used other Platform products. At the same time, the Robinhod Derivatives Exchange and the Clearing Platform, Rothera, are expected to extend its distribution advantage to the trading infrastructure and generate its own order stream and potential third-party revenue。
