On 2 September, court documents showed that a federal judge had denied the United States Department of Justice ' s request to Google to sell its advertising platform under Alphabet ' s flag, leaving the technocrat once again out of the fate of being forced to split. Judge Leonie Brinkema issued the verdict in the form of a brief ruling, under seal, rejecting the Ministry of Justice ' s request to compel Google to sell the AdX advertising platform.
