DALE STOCK INCREASED BY 9 PER CENT TO $735 AS A RESULT OF THE AI HEAT

Dell stock increased by 9 per cent as a result of the AI boom, and analysts raised the target price to $735, setting the highest street price. Melius Research increased Del's target price to $735, BofA to $600, Raymond James to $617, and Evercore ISI to $575. Morgan Stanley was relatively cautious in raising the target price to $499. The current share price of $461.50 and the target price of $735 mean about 59 per cent of the increase. The Dale report shows that quarterly revenues reached a record $47 billion, an increase of 58 per cent over the same period, with adjusted gains of 203 to $7.04 per share. The company also increased the annual revenue guide from $167 billion to $192 billion, and the adjusted per share line from $17.90 to $25.50. The greatest driving force was AI infrastructure, with Dale booking $60.9 billion of AI server orders this quarter, generating $16.4 billion of AI server revenue and ending the July backlog with a record $95 billion order。
