MULTI-AGENCY SUBMISSION OF NEW ETF REGULATORY PROPOSALS TO THE US SEC

Encrypted enterprises, asset management agencies, marketers and consumer rights organizations submit comments to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in response to comments on the new ETF regulatory framework. Crypto Council for Innovation suggests that some ETF regulatory facilities be extended to non-ETF traded products. Andrein Horowitz states that the SEC should be based on the product asset and risk assessment and that all new ETFs should not be considered to be the same category. Grayscale opposed the addition of portfolio restrictions to mature digital asset products, and Chainalysis suggested using the public chain to achieve real-time monitoring and verifiable disclosure. The Kalshi Support Incident Contract is incorporated into the Registered Fund and the Public Citizen Opposition Incident Contract ETF is directed at the diaspora. The SEC will assess the adoption of a uniform regulatory framework or separate rules by product structure and risk。
