Ondo: Existing United States securities laws can support the operation of a stock in the future
On 3 September, Ondo Finance, Real World Asset Management, Inc., stated that the current United States securities law could support the renewal of stock-linked futures without new rules and apply the existing securities futures framework. Ondo Finance submitted three comments to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the United States Commodity Futures and Exchange Commission (CFTC) on 24 August, recommending that the relevant products be introduced into the United States while incorporating modern bond mechanisms and chain market data. Its Panamanian subsidiary has provided permanent futures outside the United States of America for United States listed shares settled in stable currencies. As of 14 August, the platform had been on line for approximately six weeks, with cumulative transactions amounting to $8 billion. Ondo Finance manages the disbursement of real-world assets worth approximately $2.6 billion, ranking fourth in this field。
