Ledger was sued in class for failure to protect client information

According to the lawyer, Ariel Givner, the manufacturer of encryption hardware wallets, Ledger, was under class action before the Federal Court of the Southern District of New York, United States. The plaintiff, Douglas Kim, alleged that Ledger had failed to adequately protect the client ' s personal identity information (PII) and had failed to disclose in a timely manner a data leak in December 2023.
