NEWS SAYS SK HERCULES ACCELERATES PRODUCTION OF HBM4 FOR WEAVERDA

According to information received from the 14th newspaper, SK Hercules has officially launched a 12-storey HBM4 volume of output for Inweida, and the product has entered the production-capacity slope phase. Unlike the previously supplied products, which were classified as samples, this was the first time HBM4 had completed the final specifications for all quality certifications for the next generation of AI platform “Vera Rubin” for the next generation of Yvida.
