SK HERCULES ADR OPTIONS INITIALLY PREFERRED SHORT-TERM CONTRACTS

On 14 July, the options for the SK Hercules American Depository Certificate (ADR) commenced on Tuesday at the United States Futures Exchange. By 10.25 a.m. New York time, the turnover had reached approximately 33,000 options, of which more than two thirds concentrated on short-term options due on Friday. The most dynamic of the deal was the increase in the right-to-go option of $185, with a turnover of about 2,900, followed by the fall-in option of $145. In addition, an increase of $200 in options, due in August, was welcomed, with more than 1,500 traded. Piper Sandler ' s chief of options, Daniel Kirsch, stated that the traders were expected to be active in setting up short-term transactions that SK Hercules ADR continued to increase this week. “We expect that the market will have a very strong demand for short-term, high-profile options, especially those due this Friday, and that there is a high risk of a rapid influx of diaspora investors into the product.” He said。
