MORGAN CHASE: INDIAN FIRMS MISS AI OPPORTUNITIES AND FOREIGN INVESTMENT IS WITHDRAWING

Rasid noted that the Indian stock market had lagged behind regional counterparts owing to a lack of exposure to the subject of AI hardware, which was one of the reasons for the partial withdrawal of foreign investment from India. Indian enterprises face a downward trend in profitability, and investors are concerned that valuations are not reasonable. She added, however, that once AI applications entered the Indian market and increased productivity, the situation might become more positive. Kim Xian
