Du Jun: Lee Boje, founder of Metagent, refused to comply with the investment agreement and lost his connection

On July 7, ABCDE Capital co-founder Dudu wrote that Metagent's founder, Li Boje, was “the least contractual founder” of his collaboration. According to Dudu, Li Bojie founded Metagent in 2024 and obtained ABCDE Capital investment, but has since refused to fulfil the basic obligations under the investment agreement, including to synchronize business progress and financial performance with investors, and subsequently even to lose direct connection. Dudu stated that venture capital could accept the failure of the project, but could not accept frauds such as “runaway” when the founders received the investment。
