The sanctioned addresses relate to the Tron, Dogecoin, Solana, Dash, Zcash and Litecoin networks, which also include bitcoin and the Etherak addresses. The sanctions targeted entities linked to various State-owned enterprises, such as the Association of Revolutionary Combatants of Cuba and the Cuban Ministry of Tourism, and frozen accounts controlled by the Ukrainian citizen Dmytro Rashevskyi and the Belarusian citizen Yevgeniy Vladimirovich Silayev, accusing them of having engaged in the operation of virtual tools to the detriment of the United States。
