Nokia (NOK.N) announced that it would be selling mobile communications network devices with NVDA.O artificial intelligence technology starting next year. The company, together with In Weida, developed the first commercial artificially driven wireless access (RAN) platform worldwide, which aims to significantly enhance the data transmission capabilities of telecommunications operators. Nokia indicated that the new platform would enable telecommunications operators to double their data transmission capacity under the same wireless spectrum resources by 2028 and that it was expected that the use of the spectrum would be 50 per cent more efficient next year after the hardware was officially supplied to the operator.
