SAMSUNG HBM4 IS STILL KNOWN TO HAVE TAKEN AWAY SK HERCULES WITHOUT AN ORDER FROM INVERDA

According to Korean media Dealsite, citing semiconductor sources, Samsung electronics has not yet received a volume order for HBM4 chips from British Weidar. Currently, the income from this home-worker smart chip manufacturer is limited to the cost of testing samples. Previously, it was reported that the competitor, SK Hercules, had officially launched a 12-storey HBM4 volume of output for Inweida and that the product had entered the production and capacity-grading phase.
