United States Federal Reserve Brown Book: Small economies to moderate growth and moderate price increases in most regions

On 16 July, the United States Federal Reserve Brown Book indicated that, between the end of May and June, economic activity had increased slightly to moderately in 11 of the 12 Federal Reserve jurisdictions, while another region reported no change in economic activity. Prices have increased modestly overall, with 9 of the 12 federated federated jurisdictions reporting moderate price increases, 2 higher increases, 1 smaller increase and an overall increase of even or slower than in the previous period. Employment has generally increased, with moderate, moderate or robust employment growth in five regions and little or no change in seven. While it is generally expected that the economy will continue to expand in the coming months, a number of jurisdictions have noted high uncertainty about fuel cost prospects。
