The United States Senate unanimously adopted a non-binding resolution that made it clear that Sam Bankman-Fried, the founder of FTX, should in no circumstances be granted a presidential pardon or commutation of sentence. The resolution was promoted by Senator Cynthia Lummis and Ruben Gallego.
