On 16 July, Ying Wei Da fell by over 2 per cent, and the Internet and Microcomputers fell by nearly 4 per cent. On 15 July, the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) decided to launch 337 investigations into certain dynamic random access memory (DRAM) equipment and its downstream products and components, involving Samsung electronics, Google, Inweida, nanocomputers and cartoons. On 16 June, the United States Netlist, Inc. of Irvine, California filed an investigation application with the United States ITC claiming that the product exported to, imported into and sold in the United States violated United States Clause 337 (tort to United States patent Nos. 12,646,537 and 12,650,937), requesting a limited exclusion and prohibition order from the United States ITC.
