Iran: The United States committed several war crimes within a week and betrayed diplomatic commitments three times
On 16 July, the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that, in the past few days, the United States, a criminal regime, had increased its aggressive attacks against Iran and committed a number of war crimes, in particular against civilian installations and equipment. Repeated threats to attack bridges and power plants, coupled with attacks on some of the critical infrastructure, clearly demonstrate the criminal intent of the United States ruling groups, and the direct perpetrators and perpetrators of those crimes should also understand that they cannot escape legal responsibility and the moral and conscience burden of committing war crimes on the basis of superior orders. It is clear to us that the United States, for the third time in a year, has blatantly betrayed diplomacy in the negotiating process, this time without even respecting its signature on the memorandum of understanding, and has violated many of its provisions under absurd pretexts just 20 days after signing it. The full consequences and responsibility for this breach are borne by the arrogant United States regime. Solemnly reminds all States, in particular those neighbouring the southern Persian Gulf, of their responsibility to prevent the United States from using its territory and facilities to prepare and carry out aggressive attacks against Iran。
