President OpenAI: IPO time is not up to date

On 17 July, in an interview with CNBC, Chairman Bret Taylor of OpenAI stated that investors waiting for OpenAI’s first public stock call would have to continue to hold their breath. “There is no update on the IPO program,” Taylor said. He reiterated the company's position last month when it submitted the document in secret to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission: “We did so in order to have a choice when we wanted to do it, but we did not have a specific plan. There is much to do while we're not on the market.”
