1inch co-founder Anton Bukov stopped participating in the company and retained 50 per cent of the shares

On 17 July, the co-founder of 1nch, Anton Bukov, stated on platform X that in late November 2025, owing to differences in strategic direction and leadership, he had ceased to be involved in the operation of the company, to participate in any work on product structures or safety, and to exercise no oversight over either. It states that it is still a co-founder and 50 per cent shareholder. Anton Bukov co-founded 1nch in May 2019 and was responsible for the design of a core structure like 1inch Router, Fusion and Trans-chain Swap。
