Orange Juice raised $40 million to buy cash-flowed businesses and implement the Bitcoin Treasury strategy

On 17 July, the company Orange Juice, founded by Lyn Alden, raised $40 million for the establishment of a permanent capital company that would acquire and permanently hold United States enterprises while pursuing the Bitcoin Treasury strategy. According to Lyn Alden, Orange Juice is a company that acquires, improves and holds permanently a good cash-flow business, and will target the middle-year cash-flow-producing business in all industries between $1 million and $10 million. The goal of Orange Juice is to acquire profitable small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with a lower valuation multiplier to help them optimize their operations if necessary to remain competitive, and to invest part of the retained earnings in bitcoin as a reserve asset. Orange Juice was founded by the partners of Bitco Ventures, ego death capital, Jeff Booth, Lyn Alden, Nico Lechuga and Andi Pitt, and Adrian Steckel, Ruben Zweiban, as operating partners。
