NVentures, the Nvidia-based venture capital sector, may have invested about $196 million in the British financial technology company Revolut. According to a confirmation statement disclosed by the British Registry of Companies, a shareholder entity suspected of belonging to the NVentures LLC held approximately 141,834 shares in Revolut. Based on the issue price disclosed for the Revolut round, this share was valued at approximately $195.9 million. Before that, neither Weeders nor Revelut publicly disclosed the exact amount of NVentures’ investment in the company and the size of their shareholding, and the exposure to this document suggests that Weeders may be further embedding financial technology through strategic investment.
