The President of the Iranian Parliament denounced five “non-compliances” by the United States

On 8 July, the Speaker of the Islamic Parliament of Iran, Kalibaf, issued a letter in social media strongly condemning the United States as “a serious violation” of the Ibero-American memorandum of understanding. According to Kalibaf, there are five violations by the United States of the memorandum of understanding between Iran and the United States, namely: the destruction of Iran ' s adjustment arrangements in the Strait of Hormuz; the continued threat of further strikes against Iran; the resumption of oil sanctions; attacks on southern Iran; and the ongoing Israeli aggression against Lebanon.
