Bessent: We won in Iran

When he spoke about Iran, Bessent said, “We are beating them.” Asked why the public was still anxious when the market rose, the Minister of Finance noted that the problem was not reality but reporting. He said: “The quality of the news that people receive is poor, and people now view it as news. My message to Iran is completely asymmetric." He added, "If you read the front page of The New York Times, you won't get that information."
