ACCORDING TO THE NEWS, PIC CAPACITY IS EXPECTED TO REACH 25,000 PIECES PER MONTH BY 2028

On 8 July, the agency predicted that the production capacity of PIC would rise rapidly. The capacity will increase from the current level of approximately 500 pieces per month to 10,000 pieces per month in the second quarter of 2026, to 15,000 pieces per month in the fourth quarter and is expected to increase to at least 25,000 pieces per month by 2028. The agency estimates that the annualized output of PICs will increase significantly from about 4 million to 78 million once the monthly capacity of PICs rises from 500 to 10,000, based on a 648 nudity (die) per crystal circle. The annualized PIC output is expected to reach 194 million if production capacity further reaches 25,000 tablets per month. Kim Xian
