According to The Information: Google, a “Frozen V2” chip is being developed to serve its Gemini artificial intelligence model more efficiently. Google's new “Frozen” chip is expected to be 6 to 10 times more efficient than its existing TPU. Google plans to deploy Frozen V2 chips as early as 2028。
