The Hanhua Group became the largest shareholder of Securitize's first share of RWA
According to a recent disclosure by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Hanhua Group has become the largest shareholder in the United States of America's “RWA 1st” Securitize, holding a total of 1.6895 million shares, with a shareholding ratio of 9.6 per cent, exceeding the block wind project, Blockchain Capital (6.0 per cent) and its co-founder, Carlos Domingo (5.4 per cent). It is known that the Hanhua Group currently holds 5.9 per cent, 3.1 per cent and about 0.6 per cent of the shares of the Hanhua Group, respectively, through private fund-raising under the flag, the Hanhua subsidiary H Foundation and the Hanhua Investment Securities. According to public information, the Korean investment securities have cumulatively invested 58 billion won in projects such as Xangle, Web3 Infrastructure, Kresus, the corporate block chain network Canton Network operator Digital Asset, and an additional 59.8 billion won in the Korean encryption exchange Upbit parent company Dunamu, raising the shareholding ratio to 9.84 per cent。
