Progress on the Vera Rubin platform in Weida: CoreWeave tests show a tenfold increase in Token consumption per unit

On 22 July, it was announced that the Vera Rubin platform for the “Giga-class AI plant” was being expanded globally and that the Vera Rubin NVL72 system had been introduced in CoreWeave, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure and Oracle. According to In Weida, the CoreWeave test showed that Vera Rubin NVL72 achieved 10 times Token's upscaling per MW compared to Grace Blackwell NVL72. The platform integrates Vera CPU, Rubin GPU, NVLink 6, ConectX-9 SuperNIC, Bluefield-4 DPU and Spectrum-6 exchange systems, with the aim of enhancing AI training and reasoning efficiency. According to Weida, Vera Rubin has covered more than 350 plant nodes and 30 countries globally, with the goal of reducing AI infrastructure costs and increasing energy efficiency。
