BIT Official: Rising demand for options releases bitcoin to see signs and market sentiment continues to improve
On 22 July, BIT Office published a daily graph analysis that Bitcoin and the Implied Volatility are on the rise, as demand for an increase in options accelerates, suggesting that the low trend in summer markets is likely to end. In recent times, there have been a number of large-scale futures transactions in the market. At the same time, the implicit volatility of bitcoin, which had previously declined from 44 per cent to 31 per cent, has now rebounded to 36 per cent, indicating that market optimism is warming. The analysis suggests that this change is expected to support Bitcoin, although August and September are usually periods of weak seasonal performance. The analysts stated that they had recommended the sale of the Volatility (Sell Volatility) in the summer before, and that the market was expected to be in a full-blown phase; however, as recent power structures and market sentiment turned positive, they had adjusted their views last week to take a more optimistic view of the back market。
