DeFi dashboard Zapper announced it's closing on August 3rd

On 9 July, Chief Executive Officer Zapper of the DeFi Portfolio Tracker, Seb Audet, announced on Wednesday on a social platform that after nearly seven years of operation, the company had decided to shut down. All features, including the official network, mobile-end applications and API services, will officially be offline on 3 August. Founded in 2019, Zapper was a mainstream portfolio tracking tool in the DeFi field, with functions such as liquidity pool monitoring, yield farm tracking, DEX aggregation and NFT support. The project had 2 million live users during the peak period, processing transactions exceeding $13 billion. Zapper had previously received $15 million in round A, sponsored by Framework Ventures, which included prominent investors such as Mark Cuban. Audet states that, after assessing the various options, the company believes that an orderly closure is the best option at present。
