For the first time since May, oil futures exceeded $100 per barrel
On 23 July, Brent's crude oil futures rose to $100 per barrel for the first time in two months. Previously, Yemeni Al-Houthi claimed to have attacked two Saudi oil tankers sailing in the Red Sea, exacerbating the conflict in the Middle East and threatening to further disrupt oil supplies. The attack by Yemeni forces on Al-Houthi has opened a new front for regional conflict, following which traffic in the Straits of Hormuz was in jeopardy as a result of the American-Iraq conflict. Since the outbreak of the conflict, the Mande Channel in the Red Sea has become a lifeline for oil exports. In recent days, both the United States and the United States have diluted the possibility of peace negotiations, making the emergence of a long-standing hostile situation possible. Kim Xian
