Phantom will cease supporting the Monad network on August 26th, and user assets can be moved or converted
On 25 July, the encrypted wallet, Phantom, announced that support for the Monad network was scheduled to end on 26 August. Phantom indicated that in the future Monad users would be notified through the App and support documentation would be provided to help the users move or convert Monad's original assets. Officially, it was stressed that all Monad assets remained accessible. Upon completion of the transition, the user can import the restored assistive word into Monad's wallet or convert the asset to Wrapped MON on Solana in Phantom. According to Phantom, user funds remain secure throughout the migration and the assets remain under user control. As a result of the non-hosting model adopted by Phantom, the chain assets were owned by the user and the assistive words were restored instead of the wallet party ' s control of the assets。
