Base will activate the B20 on July 9th

On July 7, Base announced plans to officially activate the B20 token standard on the main web site on July 9 at 2:00 Beijing time. The upgrade was scheduled to go online on 27 June and was subsequently extended for reasons of stability. B20 was described as the Base Original Currency Standard, which was designed to enhance user experience through faster, lower-cost, and more regularised settlement mechanisms, enabling global financial assets to be deployed in the Base network in the form of programmable capital and to acquire chain-based portfolioability。
