Iran intercepted six ships attempting to pass through the Strait of Hormuz
On 27 July, local time, according to an Iranian informed official, six non-compliant vessels closed their navigation and positioning systems in the early morning hours in an attempt, at the instigation of the United States, to illegally cross the dangerous route south of the Strait of Hormuz. One of the vessels had an accident and the rest had been repatriated to the Persian Gulf under Iranian control. (In Russian)
