A NEW VERSION OF THE CLARITY BILL WAS PUBLISHED, AND ETHICAL PROVISIONS WERE INTRODUCED FOR THE FIRST TIME

On 27 July, a new version of the CLARITY draft bill was released, consolidating the version of the United States Senate Banking Commission and the Agriculture Commission and adding ethical provisions for the first time.
