At the same time, Israel plans to increase its defence budget over the next 10 years, focusing on the development of the air force and indigenous military industries. He announced that an additional NIS 350 billion (approximately $117.7 billion) would be added to the defence budget over the next 10 years, a significant portion of which would be spent on air force construction, while developing indigenous military industries to reduce reliance on overseas procurement.
