Franklin Templeton for Clarity Act, Beled, Fuda, etc

On July 28th, Franklin Templeton announced his support for Clarity Act on July 27th. Franklin Resources previously disclosed that, as at 30 June, the size of the assets managed under the flag was $1.79 trillion, up from $1.78 trillion a month ago. Franklin Templeton states that the CLARITY Act will establish clearer rules for digital assets, help investors understand the protection available and enhance firm certainty in the division of federal regulatory responsibilities. Blackrock, Fidelity Investments, Goldman Sachs and Crusader previously publicly supported the market structure bill. The Senate Republicans released an updated version on 22 July, in which they proposed to divide the responsibility for the regulation of digital assets between the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the United States Commodity Futures and Exchange Commission (CFTC)。
