U.S.S.S.S.: If the Fed increases in July, it'll be unprecedented

On 28 July, United States banks expected the Federal Reserve to maintain interest rates, even though the market expected a modest increase in interest rates in July. The bank stated that an increase in the Federal Reserve in July would be unprecedented: Since 1994, the Fed has never raised interest rates below 60 per cent of the market rate.
