UNITED STATES ENCRYPTION REGULATION OF THE CLARITY BILL STALLED AND THE SENATE DELAYED CONSIDERATION AFTER AUGUST

On 24 July, according to Fortune, the long-awaited digital asset control bill for the United States encryption industry was blocked, with Senate majority leader John Thune indicating that the Senate was not expected to pass the bill before the August recess. Recently, the Trump family ' s connection to encryption has been at the centre of controversy, and the Democratic Party has called for the inclusion in the bill of ethical provisions that limit the profits of government officials through encrypted transactions, arguing that the Trump family has earned over $2 billion in proceeds through memes and other encryption projects and that there is a conflict of interest. Ron Hammond, the head of the encryption firm Wintermute Policy and Advocacy, stated that the biggest obstacle to the current bill was not the lack of supporting votes, but the political pressure of the United States mid-term elections. In his view, there might still be a window in Congress to move the bill through after the elections. The analysts noted that, as the mid-November elections approached, the Democratic Party might regain the House of Representatives and expand the Senate, and that the legislative environment for encryption might change, and that the current formal legislative process might be only temporarily stalled。

Damo: The Fed is expected to hold on next week

On 24 July, Morgan Stanley strategist stated in a report that recent data indicated that the Federal Reserve would remain in place at its July meeting and that interest rates would likely remain unchanged for the remainder of the year. They wrote, "The Fed is losing patience for higher-than-target inflation. The trend of inflation in the coming months is crucial — we expect that inflation will fall as expected — otherwise the Fed may turn to interest rates later this year.” The currency market has now absorbed the Fed's expectations of increasing interest rates almost twice before the end of the year. However, the slowdown in inflation may prompt the Fed to maintain interest rates this year at between 3.50 and 3.75 per cent. “We expect that the fall in inflation will keep the Fed on track this year.” Kim Xian

Uniswap v4 launch of a licensed pool

On 24 July, Uniswap launched the Licensed Pools, a new Hook standard for Uniswap v4, which supports licensing of assets through automated marketers (AMMs) and direct chain enforcement of compliance. The licensed asset pool is built by a cooperative chain asset management team. The first partners included Superstate, Securitize and Dowgo. Unlike relying on front-end or bottom-chain compliance checks, the pool verifies whether the wallet has been approved before the exchange or liquidity operation, the issuer retains control over the permitted list, and the approved user may directly trade in assets that could not have been traded on AMM prior to the chain. In terms of cooperation, Superstate participated in the development of criteria for the licensing pool of tokenized shares and funds, Securitize ensured that transactions were made on the DS-issued currency compliance chain and Dowgo contributed to the ERC-3643 integration。
