82 tons of gold accumulated by the Polish Central Bank during the year while the price of gold fell

On 10 July, according to Polish Central Bank Governor Graminski, the Central Bank of Poland bought billions of dollars worth of gold, taking advantage of the recent fall in gold prices. At a press conference in Warsaw on Thursday, Graminski indicated that 82 tons of gold had been purchased by the Bank so far this year. This means that since the last official data release in April, the Bank has purchased an additional 37 tons of gold, valued at approximately $5 billion at current prices. “Take advantage of the recent fall in prices, we keep buying gold.” Grapinski said. Poland reported more gold purchases in 2025 than any other central bank, and this record is expected to continue this year. Gold prices have fallen by more than 10 per cent since April. Grapinski reaffirmed the Polish Central Bank ' s target of 700 tons of gold reserves. He indicated that the Bank currently held 632.4 tons of gold, of which 105 tons were in Poland and the remainder in London and New York respectively。

Morgan Chase: Bitcoin ' s greatest risk is not Strategy ' s sale, but a block chain uses a public chain and a token

On 9 July, the Morgan Chase analyst team stated that the market regarded Strategy ' s Bitcoin sales plan as a key risk for the encrypted market, but that it was not the main structural threat to Bitcoin. The more fundamental risk lies in the fact that monetization, payment and settlement are increasingly taking place on a licensing infrastructure that does not require a public chain. If this trend continues, the entire encrypted ecology may face a “structural downgrading”, with a slowdown in transaction activity, a decline in liquidity and a weakening of capital inflows, and ultimately a drag on bitcoin. Analysts put it straight: In our view, the more important risk arises from the way in which block chains are used in traditional finance to continuously bypass public unauthorized networks. The analysts explained that, to date, the institution has adopted a clearly biased licensing chain, which poses a competitive threat to public chains such as the Taifaf because of its advantages in privacy, KYC/AML control, governance, throughput, legal accountability and regulatory certainty. If tokenized deposits are widely adopted, particularly in the non-transferable form favoured by regulators, they may weaken the demand for stable currency in institutional payments and settlements; the SWIFT block-link scheme and the CBDC projects, such as the digital euro and the digital renminbi, further strengthen the regulated alternatives. In a real world asset monetization market of about $50 billion, although it currently accounts for a certain share of the table, it is more likely to reflect early experiments rather than long-term market structures — with the introduction of institutions, the issuance, hosting, settlement and life-cycle management may be more accomplished in private or licensed infrastructure that meets identity, confidentiality and operational resilience requirements, and the public chain is used only for distribution and limited secondary transactions。

THE SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES RULED THAT THE PRESIDENT HAD THE POWER TO REMOVE THE HEAD OF THE INDEPENDENT REGULATORY BODY, AND THAT THE SEC AND CFTC ENCRYPTION RULE-MAKING PROCESS ADDED UNCERTAINTY

On 9 July, the Supreme Court of the United States ruled in 6 to 3 favouring President Trump ' s extension of the right of recall to the leaders of independent federal agencies, a decision that is spreading over the SEC and CFTC, which are moving ahead with the development of the code of encryption. Both institutions operate on a cross-party basis, but the CTC currently has only one member of its Chairman, Michael Selig, and all three of its members are Republican. A former agency official described the decision as regrettable, arguing that a smaller number of members meant less intellectual collisions and debate, which could lead to a lesser result because fewer people participated in the discussion. The rules adopted by the Inter-Party Committee are usually more sustainable and, in the absence of bipartisan support, it is easier for future opponents to overturn the rules on the grounds that they have not been fully debated. At the legal level, former CFTC officials pointed out that the rules had full legal force as long as they were drafted in accordance with the Code of Administrative Procedure, no matter how many members voted in favour of them — the advantage of a single-member body was that decision-making was faster, but the risk was that lack of compromise could lead to further errors. In addition, the Trump family encryption company ' s financial disclosure revealed hundreds of billions of dollars of bitcoin and Ethera, and the Health Markets Association CEO Tyler Gellasch stated that politics is cyclical and that the stronger the wind today, the more likely the industry is to face a political hurricane in the future. It is a matter of concern that the decision, if applied under a future Democratic Party Government opposed to encryption, could remove dissenting voices and undermine the capacity of public accountability institutions. Parliament is currently considering a landmark bill to allocate authority over digital assets to the SEC and CFTC, and the MPs have urged Trump to appoint more CFTC members to move the legislative process forward。

Santiment: The market's FUD mood for SOL reached its highest point in 2026, usually watching the signal rise

On 9 July, the encryption research institute Santiago noted that the market's FUD (fear, uncertainty and suspicion) sentiment towards SOL reached its highest point in 2026, which usually saw the signal rise. Solana is currently experiencing a bad emotional mix: the trade volume has fallen to its lowest level in 2026, while negative comments have just risen to the highest level in the year. A large part of the frustration stems from the fact that, despite Solana’s strong narratives about monetization of shares and RWA (real world assets), prices have not yet yielded meaningful returns to traders. This is an interesting place, where when the mood is too negative and trading activities are low, when large households decide to push up prices, they often face less resistance to bulk sales. At a time when traders least expect a rebound, SOL may be in this low-profile, high-fUD region, vulnerable to rapid and high price fluctuations。

APPLICATION MATERIAL CEO FOR MULTI-YEAR GAS CYCLES IN THE CHIP INDUSTRY, FULL-LINE INCREASE IN SEMICONDUCTOR EQUIPMENT

On 9 July, the total number of semiconductor units rose by 13 per cent, Aehr Test Systems by 9 per cent, the number of applications by 8 per cent, the Pan Lin Group and Al-Amak technology by 7 per cent, Threida by 5 per cent and Asmer by 3 per cent. On the face of the news, the application material CEO Gary Dickerson revealed that chip manufacturers have now extended their equipment demand projections to two years or more, and some clients' planning horizons to 2030. In his view, such ahead-of-the-curve planning provided sufficient confidence to equipment manufacturers, such as application materials, to enable them to expand their production capacity in an orderly manner without the need to adjust the rhythm as often as in the past due to the uncertainty of the semiconductor cycle。
