Encrypted Currency ExchangeKraken. The addition of United States stock trading features to its mobile and web platform marked an important extension of its service. The initiative will allow United States clients to manage encrypted money, stocks and Wall Street funds through an account similar to the services provided by brokerage companies such as Robinwood.

The expansion was carried out in cooperation with the licensed broker Alpaca, which enabled clients to trade more than 11,000 United States-listed stock and exchange funds (ETFs) free of charge. More than half of the new products will support part of the investment, meaning that investors can buy less than a share.

According to the Monday announcement, the plan will initially be made available on an exclusive basis in selected United States states and will eventually be extended nationwide as part of a phased roll-out. Kraken also focused on the development of the British, European and Australian markets.

The introduction of stocks into the block chain has been a long-term goal of the block chain industry, although the idea usually revolves around the monetization of investment instruments rather than directly providing access. Co-CEO Kraken indicated that this represented an important step in this direction.

“It is a natural step for us to extend to the stock sector and pave the way for the monetization of assets.” Sethi, who joined the company last October, stated in a statement that “encrypted currency is not just an evolutionary one; it is becoming the backbone of cross-asset classes such as stocks, commodities and currency transactions. As the demand for global 24/7 visits grows, clients want a seamless and comprehensive trading experience.”

Last month, Kraken announced a plan to buy the Ninjatrader registered with CFTC at $1.5 billion, implying a shift to the United States stock market, which is by far the largest transactions in encrypted currency and traditional finance. In addition, Kraken plans to travel to the public market through the first public collection (IPO) scheduled for early 2026.
