Money-Anne has incorporated Strategy ' s STRC Preference for Sustainability into stock spot transactions, and the relevant product line continues to open more US share labels to encrypted users. At the same time, Strategy disclosed the sale of 3,588 bitcoins, which raised $216 million to cover the dividends associated with its Digital Credit securities.
Corporate disclosures indicate that the transaction was not intended to reduce long-term bitcoin exposure. Following the completion of the sale, Strategy still held 843,775 bitcoins, raising the United States dollar reserve to $255.0 billion. As Strategy is one of the largest listed companies in the world with the largest currency, the reduction was significantly larger than the small sales made before the year and was therefore of interest to the market.
Add a new STRC transaction for coins
According to the circular of 6 July, Binance Stocks is on-line with the STRC spot, and users can buy and sell this security through its stock trading platform. Prior to the launch of the Platform ' s renewable futures linked to STRC, this spot-on-line represented a further expansion of the relevant products.
It also indicated that the platform would open up the full-paying securities lending service (FPSL) pending settlement of the transaction. According to Bian, this is intended to provide users with more trade options.
The same list of new entries also includes several units and ETFs, covering Adapti, Cerebras Systems, Quantinum and several themes ETFs.
Strategy sells BTC to pay dividends.
The company disclosed that Strategy sold 3,588 bitcoin on 6 July, with an estimated $216 million, which would be used to cover the dividends associated with Digital Credit securities rather than to adjust its long-term currency-holding strategy.
Executive Chairman Michael Saylor stated on platform X that, after the completion of the transaction, the company held 843,775 bitcoin and maintained a reserve of $25.5 billion. Strategy described the sale as part of its sub-redacted financing arrangement for credit-based products.
Earlier this year, Strategy also sold 32 bitcoin to support the distribution of priority shares. By contrast, the sale was larger and therefore more likely to influence the outside world ' s judgement as to how its treasury is financed.
STRC and MSTR high
Although the company sold some bitcoin, Strategy ' s related securities transactions performed better. STRC increased by 0.47 per cent on the previous trading day, reporting 87.87 dollars, a cumulative increase of nearly 22 per cent last week. By Monday, the Unit had increased by almost 2 per cent to $895.57, but still below $100 in nominal value.
The market is also concerned about the price performance of bitcoin. At the time of the release of the report, bitcoin had posted a partial increase of about US$ 62,900, and a 23 per cent increase in 24-hour trade. Dealers are observing whether Strategy continues to finance its Bitcoin Treasury through priority securities.
