The AI video tool is moving from a supported clip to an automatic generation of the entire content. TechCrunch reports that when Reelful introduces iOS applications, users can generate short videos suitable for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts when they provide album material and simple tips.
Automatically finish scripts and clips
Users first enter the content theme they want to talk about, such as a travel review, a product demonstration or a record of the event, and then select photos and videos from a mobile phone album. The application will then automatically plan the video structure, write scripts and add AI voice byword.
The film will be accompanied by subtitles, music and sound. Once the video has been generated, the user can also continue to modify the content by chatting, for example by replacing the mixer, adjusting the script or modifying other clip details.
Static pictures generate dynamic footage
Reelful also supports the processing of static photographs into video clips generated by AI. It was reported, for example, that if the user uploads a photograph of the mango, it could be converted into a dynamic image of a person cutting off the fruit.
This type of AI generation segment will have watermarks to suggest that content is made by AI. The focus of the product is not to provide complex professional editing functions, but to shorten the time from material to a piece of output.
For founders and small business owners
Reelful was created by Kate Deyneka, a former Snapchat machine learning engineer, who was involved in video and image modelling. The company is currently participating in a16z Spedrun entrepreneurship project.
The target users at this stage are mainly the founders and small business owners, in accordance with the orientation of the founding team. Such users usually accumulate materials for their activities, clients or products, but lack time and staff to organize them into short videos suitable for social platforms.
Only iOS version currently available
Reelful is now on-line iOS, follow-up plans to launch Android and web version. Fees include purchases and subscriptions of $15 per month for 5 videos, $25 per month for Creator and $10 per month for 10 videos; and $50 per month for Pro and $100 per month for Studio.
