According to external sources, the encryption analyst, Michaël van de Poppe, believes that the down-swing phase of a long-lasting Yamaya currency may be coming to an end. It is based on the fact that some of the coins have begun to take a critical position, while bitcoin has not fallen in significant support under multiple external shocks and market risk preferences are expected to pick up.

The silos have clearly turned to the banknotes.

Van de Poppe indicates that at present about 98 per cent of its portfolio is configured in Shancheco, but it will not hold all its space for long. His approach was to rotate between currencies in line with market fluctuations, to line up and to gradually increase the share of bitcoin, hawks and cash to reduce overall risk.

In his view, the subsequent performance of the Shancocoin may be stronger than that of bitcoin, especially after the ETA has become relatively strong. He also indicated, however, that if the short-term warming of the market were too high, some of the profits would still be realized more actively.

Macro judgement around rate of return

In his view, the real impact on risk assets was not a single geopolitical title, but rather a change in the rate of return on United States and Japanese bonds. If inflation continues to fall and yields go down, market risk preferences may spread again and leverage a larger upswing in encrypted assets.

He also mentioned that Bitcoin had largely maintained inter-zone operations over the past six months, during which it had experienced the impact of geographical tensions, AI heat and other risk events, but had not reached a new low after the low point of February. That was one of the reasons why he judged that the bottom of the market was becoming more stable.

Call AVAX, NEAR and AAVE

On the specific target, Van de Poppe recently focused on AVAX and has invested $3000. He indicated that if AVAX returned to the top of approximately $7 and stood firm, or if he looked down at the recent lows before he saw a rise in deviation, and then recovered his support position, he might continue.

  • If you step back and create an increase deviation, it could add between $700 and $10,000.
  • If you break through and hold back near the 21st day line, you might add $700.
  • He thinks Avalanche's increased activity in RWA direction makes the current valuation more attractive.

Apart from AVAX, NEAR is one of its main warehouses. He mentioned that NEAR had risen from approximately US$ 1.2 to close to US$ 3.5, that it had sold part of its space during the increase and that the follow-up would be more active in dealing with trading opportunities during the recall phase.

He also indicated that Wormhole accounted for about 17 per cent of its warehouse and EigenLayer for about 11 per cent, of which EigenLayer might take a more proactive trading approach in the future. At the same time, AAVE was seen by him as an important signal to observe the state of the whole of Yamashita. AAVE, long below the 21st and 50th day averages, has recently repositioned these positions, which he interprets as a possible new phase in the Yamashita currency market.

It's going to change back to the mainstream.

Despite the plethora of positions taken, Van de Poppe does not intend to hold all the mackerel coins for just a long time. He indicated that if AVAX rose between $8 and $9 in a round, and the cumulative increase was about 40 to 70 per cent, it might lower part of the silo and repurchase it in a subsequent normal return.

He also mentioned that if RSI rises to above 70, there are signs of overheating of market kinetic energy, further reduction of the silo will be considered. Overall, his current thinking was not long-term long-term hold, but a proactive rotation in the market cycle and a gradual increase in bitcoin and cash allocation after the increase.
