Core Scientific and AMD announced cooperation on infrastructure

On 28 July, Core Scientific and AMD announced cooperation on infrastructure. AMD will be granted an equity certificate for the purchase of Core Scientific shares at market value. AMD co-operates to acquire more than 500 MW of U.S. calculus, and AMD has the ability to expand to 2.5 GW in related transactions. Core Scientific entered into a lease agreement with AMD。
